| This web service follows HUD's Counseling Protocol. The nine national
intermediaries are shown along with those agencies that are geographically closest to the client.
It also follows Massachusetts, Minnesota, North
Carolina and California regulations.
The database relies solely on the current HECM roster of
HUD-approved counseling agencies. Ibis has been
asked by lenders to add 'pet' counselors to its
locator lists. Ibis has never done that -- and
won't.
